We knew the truth about his “settings” before it came out - Stonebwoy trolls Shatta Wale
Dancehall star Stonebwoy has spoken out on the EOCO seizure of Shatta Wale’s 2019 Lamborghini Urus, which was allegedly linked to an FBI fraud investigation.
Speaking on The Fix (August 12, 2025), Stonebwoy hinted he wasn’t surprised:
“Me as a man we know the truth before the truth comes out… I made some revelations already before stuff got going on.”
The “Into The Future” hitmaker reminded fans that when Shatta first announced the purchase in 2024, he had described him as a “settings man”. Explaining the slang, he said:
“When I say a man is a settings man, him love to set up things… packaging the thing them but it’s not the real one.”
Stonebwoy suggested the industry is full of flashy lifestyles that are not as they seem, adding:
“If some of the things I knew was known by other people… I wouldn’t sleep.”
The comment has reignited debates over authenticity in Ghana’s music industry.
