President John Dramani Mahama has expressed his gratitude to Ghanaians as he celebrates his first Christmas since returning to office, committing to steer the country toward comprehensive growth, job creation, and accountability.

In a Christmas message to the nation, President Mahama said he is “filled with gratitude for the trust you have placed in my government,” describing the festive season as a moment to renew national hope and purpose.

He reaffirmed his administration’s policy direction, stating that the government remains committed to the “Resetting Ghana Agenda” to position Ghana on a path of inclusive growth, job creation, accountability, and prosperity.

According to him, the focus of his government will be on economic revival and infrastructure development, as well as completing projects left unfinished.#ResettingGhana

“As we work, together, tirelessly to revive our economy, complete stalled projects, expand our infrastructure and build a Ghana that works for every citizen,” he noted, Ghanaians should remain inspired by the message of Christmas.

President Mahama urged citizens to draw strength from the season’s message of hope, adding, “let us draw inspiration from the hope that Christmas brings.”

He concluded his message by wishing the nation well for the festive season and the year ahead.

“Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!”

The message comes as the President settles into office following his return to power, with expectations high over the delivery of his reset agenda and broader economic recovery efforts.
