“No Ghanaian artiste has worked harder than me in 2025” — King Promise
2025 TGMA Artiste of the Year King Promise has dismissed claims that he has been quiet since winning the award, insisting that no Ghanaian artiste has worked harder than him this year.
He says there is a deliberate agenda to downplay his achievements, but the facts and numbers speak for themselves.
King Promise highlighted his True To Self USA Tour, his hit collaboration with Mr Eazi “See What We’ve Done”—which has amassed millions of streams—and his major performance in Thailand as proof of his active year.
He also pointed to his multiple TGMA wins, including Artiste of the Year, to shut down criticisms.
King Promise added that critics simply refuse to acknowledge his work rate because he isn’t their favourite, stressing:
“Respect my sweat and my name.”
He is currently promoting his new single, “Bad Habits” featuring Davido.
