Some Gospel Musicians Are Using Charms – Celestine Donkor Asserts

Gospel singer Celestine Donkor has alleged that some of her peers in the industry are turning to supernatural means, including charms and spells, to achieve success.
In a conversation with Taller Dee on Accra-based Number One FM, Celestine Donkor attributed the trend to the intense competition in the gospel music industry, which has led some artists to adopt practices that contradict their values.
“There have been reports of gospel musicians employing charms and spells to impede the progress of others or gain an edge,” she revealed.
“This behavior is driven by a sense of desperation and the desire for superiority.” Celestine Donkor underscored the prevalence of this issue, which many prefer to downplay.
“It is a reality, and it exists within their ranks. I have personally experienced such attacks, both physically and spiritually,” she affirmed, lending credence to these claims.
Her comments challenge the belief that gospel musicians should operate solely under spiritual purity and goodwill.
