DSTV clarifies upgrade offer: only active customers qualify until promotion ends on December 31st
MultiChoice Ghana has clarified its ongoing DStv upgrade promotion, stressing that only active customers are eligible.
The company explained that subscribers who do not pay enough to remain active on their current package will not benefit from the upgrade.
The promotion, which automatically gives viewers access to a higher package upon renewal, will run until December 31, 2025.
