Stonebwoy obtains Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy

Stonebwoy, a multiple award-winning Dancehall/Reggae artiste, has attained another academic milestone, earning a postgraduate degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Ghanaian playwright books In a tweet on Sunday, September 28, 2025, Stonebwoy announced his achievement, emphasizing the importance of inspiring young talents and the next generation, while inviting fans to attend his graduation ceremony.

“Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy done.

You’re welcome to my graduation This Ashaiman Boy Must Inspire. Cuz I’m inspired. The Torcher,” he wrote.
Fans flooded the comment section of his post with congratulatory messages.

This comes a year after he graduated with a second-class upper division in Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the same university.

The musician went back to school in 2021 to complete his Bachelor’s degree after suspending his education to concentrate on his music career.

Stonebwoy has mentioned in the past that his wife, Dr. Louisa encouraged him to go back to school and even purchased the admission forms for him.

Stonebwoy’s journey at GIMPA has been fueled by his passion for public administration, a field he believes is crucial for contributing to public welfare.
