Reggie Rockstone’s Rockz Waakye was hit by fire at Accra Tourist Centre.

A late-night fire on Thursday gutted parts of the Accra Tourist Information Centre, hitting one of the popular Rockz Waakye locations owned by Hiplife legend Reggie Rockstone.

The blaze, which is believed to have started in the kitchen, caused significant structural damage but, fortunately, no casualties were recorded.

Reggie Rockstone, reacting to the incident on Instagram, shared his relief and gratitude. “Praises due you the Most High Yah! We thank you for all and your protection over your children,” he posted. In a later video, he acknowledged the damage as “severe” but emphasized that he was grateful no lives were lost.

He also extended heartfelt thanks to the Ghana Fire Service for their swift response and appreciated the outpouring of support from fans and friends.
