National Service Authority pays November and December allowances

The National Service Authority has announced the disbursement of allowances for November and December 2025 to national service personnel across the country.

In a press release dated 20 February 2026, the Authority instructed all eligible personnel to check their GhanaPay accounts to confirm receipt of the payments.

For many service personnel who depend on the monthly allowance to cover essential expenses, the confirmation brings relief after weeks of waiting. The Authority expressed appreciation for the patience and cooperation shown during the processing period.

It also assured personnel that the January 2026 allowance is currently being processed and will be paid once the necessary administrative procedures are completed.

Management reiterated its commitment to ensuring the timely and efficient payment of allowances and stated that it will continue working with relevant stakeholders to improve service delivery.
