The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) has officially announced its backing for BHIM Music Group Limited in organizing the highly anticipated BHIM Festival, now slated for December 24, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The concert, a premier event for this year’s ‘December in GH’ celebrations, will bring together top Ghanaian and international artistes for a vibrant showcase of music, culture, and unity.
The GTA revealed that the Accra Sports Stadium has been secured as the official venue, with BHIM Music Group overseeing the event’s full setup on December 23 ahead of the main performance night.
According to Maame Efua Houadjeto, Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority, the collaboration forms part of the Authority’s broader mission to promote Ghana’s creative arts and entertainment sectors as key drivers of tourism growth.
“This support reflects our commitment to leveraging the creative arts as a major catalyst for tourism growth,” she said.
“The December in GH initiative continues to create opportunities that bring Ghanaians together and attract visitors to experience our diverse culture, music, and exceptional hospitality.” The GTA underscored that events like the BHIM Festival are vital in establishing Ghana as Africa’s premier destination for festive and cultural experiences.
The Authority reaffirmed its dedication to collaborating with stakeholders across the creative and tourism industries to deliver outstanding experiences under the December in GH brand, which continues to draw thousands of visitors annually.
