Court adjourns Ofori-Atta vs OSP case to November 25

The Human Rights Division of the High Court has postponed the case involving former Finance Minister Kenneth Ofori-Atta and the Office of the Special Prosecutor until November 25, 2025, following a hearing on two motions on October 23, 2025.

According to an update on the OSP’s official Facebook page, counsel for Mr. Ofori-Atta filed two motions, one seeking discovery and the other requesting leave to amend the originating motion on notice.

Both applications were opposed by OSP lawyers.
