Comfort Yeboah of the Black Queens joins Spanish side DUX Logroño

Comfort Yeboah, defender for the Black Queens, has completed her transfer to Spanish top-flight club DUX Logroño for the upcoming 2025/26 season. Yeboah joins DUX Logroño from Ghana Women’s Premier League side Ampem Darkoa Ladies, representing a notable advancement in her football career.
As a member of the Black Princesses U-20 team, Yeboah was officially announced by DUX Logroño on Thursday, September 25, shortly after participating in the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers. This transfer underscores the expanding presence of Ghanaian talent in European women’s football.
Yeboah becomes the second Ghanaian to join DUX Logroño this month, following Nancy Amoh, who also joined from Ampem Darkoa Ladies earlier in September. The double signing highlights the club’s interest in Ghanaian talent.
Since arriving, Yeboah has begun training with her new club as they prepare for their upcoming Liga F fixture against Alhama FC on Saturday, September 27. She will be a key addition to the squad’s defensive lineup for the remainder of the season.
Yeboah was instrumental in the Black Queens’ third-place finish and bronze medal win at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco. Her experience and adaptability will be valuable assets as she transitions to Spanish top-flight football.
