Shatta Wale launches ‘Project 1 Cedi’ to tackle unemployment among fans
Dancehall artist Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, popularly referred to as Shatta Wale, has introduced a groundbreaking project aimed at supporting his unemployed fans. The Project 1GHC Initiative will encourage fans to make small financial contributions to create jobs and provide mutual support.
In a post on social media, he stated that he has been receiving a multitude of complaints from fans experiencing unemployment and believes that this innovative project can offer a tangible solution.
“SM FANS LET’S START PAYING OUR DUES AND CREATE EMPLOYMENT OUT OF THAT. I AM GETTING TOO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT UNEMPLOYED FANS. I CAN’T DO IT ALL BUT WE ALL CAN.”
