Ghanaian music producer MOG Beatz has thrown a heavy allegation at Shatta Wale, accusing the dancehall artist of using his intellectual property to scam an international company.

In a bold post on his X (formerly Twitter) account, MOG Beatz declared:
“You scammed an international company using my intellectual property.”

The producer did not mince words as he suggested that Shatta Wale has been profiting off his creative works without due credit or compensation. His outburst immediately sparked heated debate within the music industry, with fans divided over whether the self-acclaimed “Dancehall King” has crossed a line.

MOG further revealed that due to the alleged fraud and non-payment of producer’s fees, two of Shatta Wale’s albums — the ‘Reign’ Album and the ‘Wonder Boy’ Album — have already been taken down from Apple Music, warning that more albums will follow soon.

He went on to claim that Shatta Wale had sold or signed away his music catalog just to survive, adding fuel to the already raging industry conversation about transparency and accountability in how artists use beats and intellectual property.

This revelation adds yet another twist to the long-standing tension between Shatta Wale and Ghanaian producers, making MOG’s accusations one of the most controversial industry shakeups in recent times.
