FDA-registered Nestlé infant formula safe – Nestlé Ghana clarifies

The management of Nestlé Ghana has clarified that its infant formula products are not part of the voluntary recall of specific batches announced in some countries.

A statement from the Corporate Affairs Department of Nestlé Ghana emphasized that the company’s infant formula products registered with the Food and Drugs Authority of Ghana and sold by Nestlé Ghana are not affected by the recall.

The company reassured its customers in Ghana that all SMA and NAN products sold by Nestlé Ghana are safe for consumption.

The statement highlighted that the safety and quality of the products, and the health of babies, remain the top priorities of Nestlé Ghana.

The company invited anyone seeking further information to contact management through the Corporate Affairs Department.
