Blacko shuts down Zaama Disco concert as thousands of fans pack University of Ghana Stadium

Black Sherif thrilled thousands at the University of Ghana Stadium during his 2025 Zaama Disco concert, delivering a powerful performance despite a late start.

The show, scheduled for 8:00 pm, officially kicked off close to midnight, but the energy skyrocketed once Black Sherif hit the stage at 12:22 am to roaring cheers.

He opened with “Iron Boy” and “January 9,” blending calm, soulful moments with high-energy live band performances. Surprise appearances from Sarkodie, KiDi, AratheJay, Gonaboy, AlorG, Kofi Mole, Kojo Blak and Beeztrap turned the night into a star-studded celebration.

Fans sang along word for word, proving their deep connection to his “Iron Boy” album. Despite earlier frustrations, many did not blame Black Sherif, noting the delay stemmed from a major boxing event the night before.
The concert marked his first stadium show; an important milestone in his growing legacy.
