Stop Embarrassing Daddy Lumba – Kofi Oduro
Prophet Kofi Oduro, General Overseer of Alabaster International Ministries, has called upon the family of the late legendary musician, Daddy Lumba, to bring an end to their ongoing dispute.
In a video shared on social media on November 29, 2025, Prophet Oduro, speaking to his congregation, urged the family to honor Daddy Lumba’s legacy rather than engage in public disagreements.
‘Stop it, because the person who has died doesn’t deserve such embarrassment. Let’s honor his memory and put aside all these fights. We shouldn’t fight and later go and sit in church as if nothing has happened,’ he emphasized.
Drawing from personal experience, Prophet Oduro recounted a similar conflict at his father’s funeral, where he intervened to prevent a feud over burial arrangements, taking charge to ensure peace prevailed.
“During the burial ceremony, some of my siblings wanted to fight over my father’s body. I took charge, made everyone fall in line, and completed the burial,” he revealed.
Prophet Oduro’s message serves as a plea for unity, reminding Daddy Lumba’s family and the public that respect for the late musician’s memory should transcend disagreements.
