Nasty C says Sarkodie is not in his top 3 Ghanaian rappers

South African rapper Nasty C has revealed that Ghanaian rap legend Sarkodie does not currently make his top three Ghanaian rappers, though he might be in his top five.

Speaking on Joy Prime on November 24, 2025, Nasty C also addressed their unresolved 2022 “beef,” explaining that busy schedules and miscommunication prevented a proper conversation.

He expressed willingness to reconcile, noting that his 2022 song “No Big Deal” referenced Sarkodie respectfully, though it may have been misunderstood.

Nasty C admitted declining past collaboration offers due to personal hesitation, describing it as being in “coward mode.” Sarkodie previously responded in his track “Landlord”, stating he had no issues with Nasty C and never initiated any conflict.
