GETFund Administrator pays condolences to Asantehene after Asantehemaa’s passing

The Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) Administrator, Paul Adjei, paid a courtesy visit to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to offer condolences on the passing of the revered Asantehemaa.
During the visit, Mr. Adjei and his delegation extended heartfelt sympathies on behalf of the Fund and its leadership, acknowledging the significant loss to the Ashanti Kingdom and the nation as a whole.
In addition, Mr. Adjei updated the Asantehene on the progress of GETFund-sponsored projects in the Ashanti Region.
He reaffirmed the Fund’s commitment to improving educational infrastructure and announced that the long-awaited KNUST Teaching Hospital was nearing completion.
He mentioned that the facility would soon be operational to meet both academic and healthcare needs.
Mr. Adjei was accompanied by the Deputy Director of Fundraising at GETFund, Mrs. Adwoa Amankwaa Boateng Appiah.
The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, expressed his appreciation for the visit and the ongoing support provided by GETFund.
