"I only release my songs after getting God's approval, even if it takes a month" — Ohemaa Mercy states

Gospel musician Ohemaa Mercy has revealed the spiritual process behind releasing her music, emphasizing that she never puts out a song without seeking God’s direction first.
Speaking in her interview on Bryt Xtra with Afia Achiaa, the award-winning singer explained that prayer and divine confirmation are central to her creative journey.
“I pray intensively and wait for God’s approval before I release a song. Sometimes it takes a week, two weeks, or even a month before I hear from Him,” she shared.
When asked if she would ever go ahead and release a song without receiving God’s signal, Ohemaa Mercy was emphatic: “Never. That is my only source. Without His voice, I won’t put the song out.”
Her revelation underscores the deep faith that guides her ministry and the reason her songs continue to resonate strongly with audiences.
