AUGUST 21 DEADLINE: Concerned Drivers Issue Ultimatum on Accra-Nsawam Road Over Its Poor State if Repairs Are Not Done

The Concerned Drivers Association has issued a strong ultimatum to authorities over the deplorable condition of the Accra–Nsawam Road.

According to the group, if urgent repair works are not carried out, they will have no option but to block the road on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

They argue that the poor state of the road not only endangers lives but also disrupts transportation and daily business activities, adding that passengers and drivers alike have endured the situation for far too long.

The drivers are calling on the government and relevant agencies to immediately intervene before the deadline, warning that the protest will go ahead if their concerns are ignored.
