Dr. Louisa defends Stonebwoy over ‘money picking’ claims

After clips from Davido & Chioma’s white wedding in Miami lit up social media, a moment showing Stonebwoy bending down mid-performance sparked rumours that he was picking up money sprayed on Davido.

The claims gained traction online, with some critics suggesting the Bhim Nation star stooped to collect cash meant for the Nigerian singer.

Stonebwoy’s wife, Dr. Louisa, has slammed the rumours, clarifying that he was retrieving a fallen diamond bracelet.

“You can clearly see his diamond bracelet fall off, and he bends to pick it up, but because of evil and mischief, you choose to believe he picked $1??? Some people’s mindset really explains a lot… smh.”

Her comments came a day after Ghanaian socialite Efia Odo also defended the artiste, calling the trolling “baseless and malicious”.
