Ghanaian rapper Medikal has revealed that he doesn’t write down his rap lyrics instead, he freestyles based on mood, vibe, and real-life experiences.

In a recent interview, he explained that hip-hop and rap come naturally to him, making it easy to drop punchlines and bars without scripting them.

However, he noted that commercial songs those aimed at mass appeal are more challenging, requiring careful phrasing and broader relatability.
