Manhyia North MP shakes Kumasi with a health walk

    The Member of Parliament for Manhyia North Constituency in the Ashanti region, Hon. Akwasi Konadu, has organised a mammoth health walk in the constituency, with a declaration that the Constituency will not fall to the lies of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), come December 7, 2024.

    The Manhyia North Constituency health walk, which attracted the aged and the youth from the Constituency to precede the December 7 polls, started at Duase in the early hours of Saturday morning and ended at Krofrom.

    Addressing the crowd, the deputy Lands and Natural Resources Minister and MP for Manhyia North, Akwasi Konadu,urged them to work harder than ever to win more votes for the flagbearer to break the eight-year cycle of governance.

    For his part, the MP for Old Tafo Constituency Lawyer Ekow Vincent Asafuah said former president John Dramani Mahama will go down in the history of Ghana’s politics as the worst president Mother Ghana has ever had.
    He said it took Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to revive the shambolic economy the NDC left in 2016.

    Amongst other dignitaries who graced the occasion were the Ashanti Regional executives of the party, MP for Kumawu, Ernest Yaw Anim, Constituency executives, Electoral Area coordinators and polling station executives
